The Apartment

A beautiful apartment nestled in the Bologna countryside, with all the comforts for an authentic and restorative stay. Ideal for families or groups of friends looking for tranquility, nature, and the genuine flavours of the farm.

The apartment is one half of an independent house surrounded by nature. The owners live next door.

On the ground floor you will find a large dining/lounge/kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, a laundry and exclusive access to the surrounding garden with sunbeds, hammock and BBQ in summertime. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms, a spacious master bedroom with private bath and walk-in wardrobe, and a second double bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor.

If requested we can provide fold-out single beds (for the 5th and 6th person) in both of the bedrooms.

The fireplace is available to use only during the winter months, firewood is available to purchase for 5euro a box.

It's a perfect base to visit Bologna or Emilia Romagna. Around 25 minutes to Bologna centre by car, or visit anywhere in the north-centre of Italy, Venice, Firenze, Milan or a lot of beautiful smaller cities in the surrounding area like Ravenna, Brisighella or Ferrara. The house is 7 minutes from the local train station and 25 minutes drive from the Bologna International airport.
